Re: Add attributes to metadata

Could you post that PDF (or a similar one) together with the expected results?
Anyway please note that the extension doesn't actually (and won't in the future ) edit PDF files, because this is a huge lot of work and editing an existing PDF could lead to unpredictable results (I don't like to edit them anyway).

.doc files are a Microsoft thing, as like as the extension allowing their tag editing, so they know what they're doing...

Re: Add attributes to metadata

I should have probably done the testing before commenting.

The tags attribute does not show on the bottom ribbon and is definitely not editable

Re: Add attributes to metadata

You dont need a restart any more. Done testing

While the tags, author etc attributes show wondefully on the windows explorer as well as on the bottom ribbon, they are unfortunately not editable.

Attributes of a file like say word document are editable from the bottom ribbon shown in attached image. With this pdf extension that does not seem to be the case.

Did we miss something ?

Re: Add attributes to metadata

Thanks. Since my requirement was over did not follow it again.

What was requested is that tags/labels/keywords of a pdf should be acessible from the windows explorer in "tags" column.

I understand you have released them in v1.4. Cannot restart the computer now. Will update when done.

Thanks

Pradeep

Re: Add attributes to metadata

Is your request similar to this one?

Could you please send (or link) a sample PDF together with the expected results?
You can post it here on the forum or through the contact form.

Add attributes to metadata

Hi

Thanks for the cool software. It will be great if you can also add attributes to the metadata which would show as tags.

Or if it is possible for you share the sourcecode I can do the modifications.

Thanks

Pradeep
