Hello, I am trying to write my own simple Oldschool Tracker using this wonderful midisynth. I wonder if it is posible to get instrument name and maybe also soundfont name used with midi calls?

No, it's not and... it won't.
Being your software the source of MIDI stream, it's much more easier to "intercept" it and hook on sent ProgramChange messages.
Then using a cross-reference table you'll be able to retrieve the instrument name (see Wikipedia for a complete list of instrument names for each MIDI mode: GM, GM2, XG, ...).
