Re: Difference reading document properties for PDF created with Adobe or Word

Glad you sorted it out.
Will leave the thread opened, feel free to post here if the issue will happen again.

Re: Difference reading document properties for PDF created with Adobe or Word

I can't reproduce it anymore. It's now populating both PDF's. I see there is an option to include document properties when you save to PDF (without the Acrobatr plugin). Maybe I forgot this in the first place.

You can close or delete this thread.

Re: Difference reading document properties for PDF created with Adobe or Word

I need to create fake PDF's because I can't post our content here. I will check later. This issue was different from the other. This one is only showing differences when I create these in MS Office with the default save as PDF feature or with the Adobe Acrobat (Standard XI) plug in. I will eloborate this.

Could you please create a sample PDF file (as minimal as possible) and post it here?

PS: can I delete the other thread you started with this same question?

Difference reading document properties for PDF created with Adobe or Word

I found a weird issue. When I save a document in MS Offics 2013 with the option Save as .... PDF then the file properties are displayed (with PDF properties 1.5.1), but when I save the exact same document with the Adobe Plugin in MS Office then the properties are not displayed.

Did someone report this before?
