Midi converter?

I've been serching all over, and I can't find any info on the midi to wav converter. How do I launch it? Where is it located? Thanks!

VirtualMIDISynth bundles the MIDI->WAV converter starting from version 2.0.0.

The feature could be opened from Windows start menu (see the attached screenshot taken from a Windows 10 PC) or, if VMS is already running, by right clicking on its systray icon and selecting "MIDI file converter..." option.
