VMS was missing an High-DPI aware declaration in its application manifest, so Windows will "lie" to it about screen size when a dialog is moved on a non-96-DPI screen.

You'll find the fix in next version...

Tried that before, it didn't work on MIDI mixer. Only when press shift then it worked on MIDI mixer.

UI Display Scaling Issue

In my monitor at 1920 x 1080p display scaling is by default on. When I open Virtual MIDI Synth configuration window or MIDI Mixer window it will auto snap randomly to any screen location making it hard to place it anywhere I want.
