@maxverri: Have you had a look at the two links I've posted above?
Have you aready tried the suggestions proposed there?

I don't actually have a 4k display available, so I can't directly test this issue, sorry.

Don't worry, using high DPI system compatibility settings works fine.

Well, so I need to setup a 4K test environment, but it will require some time...

Thanks

Re: Strange display in 3840x2160

Well, looking at your screenshot it doesn't look like an HighDPI scaling issue.
Usually HighDPI bugs cause blurry rendering or artifacts.

It seems to me more a font issue... can you confirm that you're using the default Windows10 font (SegoeUI)?

Sadly I don't have a 4K HighDPI display to test it on (I'll keep 4K displays away from me as much as I can ;)...), so it could be really difficult for me to reproduce it.

Some suggestions for a workaround:

Strange display in 3840x2160

Hi,

I usually have no problème with the configuration window's display but I currently encounter a strange behaviour. It can be play with compatibility settings but it is not the best long term approach. I attached a picture of that display bug. Would it be possible to add an option (or an automatic solution) for that kind of trouble?

Many thanks,

FreeBird

BTW: Your software is great!
