Hi,

I've run MiDiSynth after a while and, even If I've reinstalled the last version, it compares always the same error and I not understand how solve it.

Can you tell me something.

Sadly the BASS_ERROR_UNKNOWN: Error code -1 is the worst case ever.
It's something like "something unexpected happened...".

It could be related to a bad Windows Update installed, but if you haven't run VMS for a while it could be difficult to find out which.

You could also try to:

update audio drivers
uninstall any new audio-related software you've possibly installed meanwhile the last time you've used VirtualMIDISynth
uninstall VirtualMIDISynth
manually remove anything eventually left behind (https://coolsoft.altervista.org/virtualmidisynth/faq#faq_manual_remove)
reboot
reinstall VirtualMIDISynth
