polyphone sondfonts not working

I have created a soundfont in polyphone but if I try to use it in virtual synth no sound in produced in my DAW. other soundfonts - ones I downloaded do work. I can use the soundfont in sforzando vst. so I know it works. any ideas of what I am doing wrong?

I'm not such an expert in SF2 internals, it could be a configuration/mapping ~~papping~~ issue.

I suggest you to share the soundfont, or part of it, online (and post the link here) so other users could have a look 😉

The soundfont works.

There is only one preset defined at 000-000 so if you try a midi file that address that preset it should work at your side as well.
