VirtualMIDISynth, MIDIMapper and other download pages are only being displayed once I sign into the forum.

Since around 20th of March this year, I am experiencing this issue where a blank page with no such error code is displayed when I straight up visit the URL for VirtualMIDISynth or MIDIMapper. Only the page for this forum succeded loading once on chrome, and I decided to inform this immediately. In parallel to this operation I am trying/have tried a variety of other browsers including a browser inside a Virtual Machine, and even a PC from my university computer lab where I am not signed in to each browser. None of them other than the Tor browser worked out to load the VirtualMIDISynth page. 

Also, Google periodically signs me out for “Suspicious Activity” on my laptop even if it is turned off right in front of me. But even that is an issue on my personal side. The computer lab PC is completely irrelevant to my issues, but it still didn't load the page either.
