Hello!

As reported here (https://www.reddit.com/r/eluktronics/comments/ji2haf/rp17_device_manager...), it seems like installing VirtualMIDISynth and the MIDIMapper doesn't play nice with Windows' own device manager. I don't know whether this was reported in the past but it seems like it's been like this for years. Please check what the user rickitycricketchirp says at that link. The Hardware IDs match exactly mine, too. So it's pretty much sure that we are talking about this software.
