MIDI-Mapper Malware Threat

MIDI-Mapper Malware Threat

During a Malwarebytes scan, it identified CoolSoft MIDI-Mapper as a malware threat.

I then tried to download the latest update for CoolSoft and it was blocked by Windows Defender.  In order to download it, had to tell Defender to ignore the threat.  This has never happened before.

Please investigate why MIDI-Mapper is seen as a threat.  I would hate to have to uninstall the program as I use it extensively for music production.
