Permission problem

I have installed this extension on Windows 7, but when I try to set Title or some other property of a pdf file, Windows responds with "File Access Denied" dialog (even if I set the file permissions to Full Control)!? Is there any solution for this problem?

Extension only allows to read

Extension only allows to read properties, not to write them.

Access denied is the answer the extension returns to Windows Explorer when it asks for supported features.
Returning ACCESS_DENIED should cause Explorer to set the field readonly..., will have a look.

Editing a PDF file is not so
  1. Editing a PDF file is not so easy as it seems.
It's not only about writing the new tags into proper place, it requires a full rewrite of the PDF to update its internal offsets.
  2. none of the softwares I know will change tags ONLY, but there are some to edit the whole PDF
    - Acrobat (not the reader, I mean)
    - LibreOffice with the PDF extension (beware it could not preserve layout correctly)
