1. Can anyone recommend a SoundFont that implements the entire General MIDI Level 2 (GM2) patch repertoire?

2. With that in place in VMS, will VMS respond to the bank selection messages needed to access the entire patch repertoire (bank numbers 15488 and up, although spoken of as "bank 0" and up)?
