KEY change in MIDI converter

I appreciate very much new features in VirtualMIDISynth version 2.5.0 for file MIDI converter utility.

I suggest to add the possibility to change key of the midi song to convert.

So for each song added to the list should be added a field "KEY", default 0, that you can change from -n to +n

Thank you :)

Thanks for your suggestion.
VMS does not have any "MIDI Editing" feature, other than volume changes.

Being MIDI Converter some kind of "internal player" this request sounds reasonable.
I've updated the TODO page.

Thanks for considering my suggestion.

Actually I can't use MIDI Converter to create mp3 files (music part) that I then paste with avi file (lyric part) to create my favourite karaoke song.

For that I need key change and mute of midi track 4.

Will it be easy to accomplish mute track 4 for all the files in the list?

Thanks again!

VMS 2.5.0 added a MIDI Mixer to MIDI Converter too (there's a Mixer button on Converter window).
You can open that mixer and mute channel 4 before starting conversion.

Any idea about implementation of that feature?
Is the next release near? I hope so ;)
