Unable to adjust/mute volume on windows media player

I was been using the worst GS Wavetable for years, so after choosing VirtualMIDISynth to make it better, I just ran it with Windows Media Player.

Though it sounded perfectly I am unable to function the volume control of it.
Even I had accidentally clicked the mute button, the playback didn't stop. (But In fact, PFA and Synthesia Can control the volume scale of VirtualMIDISynth Devices perfectly But Media Players (Including KMPlayer Too..) Can't.

Hope you can fix this issue.

This bug was already reported in these threads, with lot of thecnical details:

To make a long story short, it's not so easy to fix because VirtualMIDISynth acts like an "external real MIDI device", detached from the player process which is outputting the MIDI stream.
Some players, like VanBasco and Synthesia, control their volume by injecting the needed MIDI controller changes to the MIDI stream; others, like WMP, don't because they're mostly "Analog" players.

Anyway I'll keep the request open in the TODO list, for further reference ;)
