Installed 2.0.2 midimapper.  update and config. messages showing up when computer is booted up  windows 10.  How do I stop this?

Version 2.0.2 is the latest one, so there should not be any update notification.
What you mean with "config. messages"? Could you post a screenshot?
I suppose something went wrong during setup, please try uninstall and reinstall it again...
