New Version that could be implemented in next RC ;) but first i will check it. I downloaded it and paste the x64 dll.

Adds channel length trimming and extending, custom loopstart positions, device reinitialization while retaining channels, DirectSound output mix is now generated by BASS, sample playback streams, speaker assignment support for samples, delayed OGG file scanning when prescanning is disabled/impossible, faster seeking in large OGG files, extended level scanning with decoding channels, a user-defined attribute, WASAPI recording, support for custom file streaming with Android Media codecs, new macOS examples, and a bunch of other things.

I think you already read it. I think it's okay to release it with the next RC. So you don't need to hurry so much. I would be nice with the next release to put it in ;) regards

I do not think Claudio should hurry including this new version. This new version of Bass has some substantial changes under the hood so some bugs are expected. I have already found one:

As a result Bass has been already updated since you reported the 'new' version.

We should be more cautious and learn form mistakes of the past :) E.g.from this BassMidi update fiasco:

I do agree 😉.

I'm actually releasing version 2.12 (that I suggest everyone to try) which will introduce a deep change in GUI rendering, supporting HiDPI screens and vectorial graphics.
A lot of changes will be included in it, so I wonder how many new bug reports will come 🙄.

Anyway, new BASS will be in next 2.13 (or 2.12.x)...

Another issue in version 2.4.16.x related to an undocumented change in the behavior of BASS_GetDeviceInfo()

This problem only affects you if you have not used BASS_SetConfig(BASS_CONFIG_DEV_DEFAULT, 1); so far. Now BASS_CONFIG_DEV_DEFAULT is 1 by default.
