Support for sfz (already supports sf2)

There is a particular sfz piano that I really like.  Seems no ability to include sfz soundfonts as of yet.

SFZ soundfonts are (or should be...) supported starting from version 2.0.0.

You should extract the whole SFZ files structure to a folder and load the related .sfz file in VMS.
