Thanks for the notification, will add it to next release.
It should be a simple drop-in replacement; have you tried to replace the bundled 2.4.12 version with the new 2.4.13? (beware of the bitness...)
If yes, please report if it worked or if you've had any issue.
If you noticed a big improvement...well, I could "dedicate" it a release ;)

I replaced it and there is no problems yet. I will test it longer.
I dont know if the new features have to be enabled or its working passive.
Can you check it some else in the code of the dll?
Or maybe someone else noticed something?

It seems that a drop-in replacement of the bassmidi.dll is not sufficient to activate the SF modulators added in this new version.
Could you maybe release 'just' a recompiled version of 2.10.1.0 with the latest bassmidi.dll?
Thank you

BassMidi.dll library is linked dynamically, so there's no need to rebuild VirtualMIDISynth.exe to let it use the new version.
Looking at the official BASSMIDI documentation it seems that the new modulators should be supported out-of-the box:
* Support for Key Number to initialAttenuation/initialFilterFc/pan and Key On Velocity to decayVolEnv/releaseVolEnv SF2 modulators BASS_MIDI_FontInit/User
Looking at BASS_MIDI_FontInit() documentation, the available flags are the same as in previous versions, so I don't know what I have to do to "enable them".
Please check this page to be sure the modulators you're expecting to hear were added and available.
I suggest you to download XMPlay + MIDI plugin, a portable player from the same author of BASS library.
No need to install it, just extract to a folder of your choice, add the required MIDI plugin (latest version, rev.17), play a MIDI and check if it plays the expected way.
If yes, send me the required links to reproduce the same behaviour on my side:
- link to MIDI file to play
- link to the SF2 file to use
