PFA crashed.

Just trying it, version 1.1.0, but can't reproduce.
When does it crashes? Opening, playing, closing, reopening?
Is there a particular sequence of operations to make it crash?

Crashes without notice. But it crashes when you open a MIDI or when you play it.

Re: Version 1.11.0 released

Could you please try to:

  • uninstall VMS completely
  • reboot
  • check that folders c:\Windows\System32\VirtualMIDISynth (and c:\Windows\SysWOW64\VirtualMIDISynth) were deleted
  • install 1.12.0-beta1
  • retry

I know this is boring, but I'd like to be sure nothing has left behind from previous setups.

Again, in my tests I have to open MIDI files manually in PFA (Practice song, CTRL+O).
Is there a way to open them with a double click (to speed up testing)?

Could you please confirm that you're using the x64 version of PFA?

Eeyup, the Task Manager doesn't put *32 in the file name.

I already used that method to uninstall VMS, nothing changes.

And, there's no way to open MIDIs with drag 'n drop or double click, because PFA doesn't recognize these inputs.

Great, because I found an issue, but it affects x64 version only... that's why I'm having so different feedbacks: the x86 seems fixed while x64 not.

I'm releasing 1.12.0-beta2, I'll wait for your feedback.
