Select just one or few sounds from a soundfont

I would like to be able select just one or few sounds from the soundfont
which replaces these sounds of upper soundfont.

For example.
I love the SGM-V2.01, but I dislike its sound Lead 6.
I want to replace this sound with Lead 6 from any other soundfont.

BASS library actually doesn't support the feature you're asking for.

I could suggest to create a really small soundfont containing only the patched instruments and load it as last one in your SF2 chain.
